A city park with ponds, walking trails, and an athletic stadium on the foot of Mt Asama. The park is very near to the Isuzu River. Various trees are planted in the park. The park is on a route of Grey-faced Buzzard migration. The migration season is late September. Japanese White-eye, Great Tit, Varied Tit, Long-tailed Tit, Pygmy Woodpecker, Blue Rock Thrush, Japanese Grosbeak, and Oriental Greenfinch are residential. Water birds found in the Isuzu River near the park are ducks, egrets, and wagtails. Coot, Common Kingfisher, and Little Grebe are also seen in the river.
