The Kaizo River rises on the foot of Suzuka Mountains, and flows into Ise Bay at Yokkaichi. In its middle range, the river flows through farmland. Between Takada Bridge and Daikan Bridge of this river is a nice area for bird watching. The best season is winter. Many passerines and water birds are seen in this area. Common Kingfisher is a target of bird watchers here.
